RUNNING MEAN FILTER FILE -- 
    ASCII file generated by the user containing weights for  the  filter
    used  by  the  temporal  running  mean.   This  file is used by task
    FILT_COR.  It is the same as the filter file used by  task  FILT_MAP
    in  XSUNTRANS.  This file is not needed if a block running mean or a
    difference filter is used.  The file is organized  as  follows.   No
    provision  for  renormalization is included for weights which do not
    sum to unity.
    
    Record 1:  comment line for file identification 
    
    Record 2:  nfslot number of filter lines input 
    
    Records 3 through (nfslot + 3).  1 integer word and 1 real word as
            nfc = number of the filter slot.
            fconst[nfc] = value of the weight
