L-M VALUES FILE -- 
    ASCII  file  generated  by  the  user  containing  l-m  values   for 
    extracting  mode  coefficients  from  mode  coefficient files.  This
    file is not needed if the mode coeffic ients for all of the m's  for
    a  single  l value, or the mode coefficient for a single l-m pair is
    desired.  The file is organized as follows.
    
    Record 1:  comment line for file identification 
    
    Record 2:  1 integer word
            nlm = number of l-m pairs in list. 
    
    Records 3 and following.  2 integer words
            lv = l value.
            mv = m value, if less than 0, all m values are assumed.
