MODE COEFFICIENT FILES
Mode coefficient files contain mode coefficients generated by the
spherical harmonic transform and not yet organized into time series.

Mode coefficient files are organized in three forms, as follows.

Header words NLAT, LAT1, DLAT, LATTYPE AND TOTNLONG are as stated
in the disk image file description previous.

maximum l value for mode coefficients. THIS MUST BE EVEN!!
