MODE COEFFICIENT FILES
    Mode  coefficient  files  contain mode coefficients generated by the
    spherical harmonic transform and not yet organized into time series.
    
    Mode coefficient files are organized in three forms, as follows.
    
    
    Mode coefficient files.
        Files containing mode coefficients for one image.
